Lights
Welcome to another Tuesday 4 by Toni Taddeo.
Let's talk about light, okay? You light up my life.. shine a light in the darkness, Miller Light. All kinds of light but how about at home?
1. Are you afraid of the dark? Is night or day your favorite time? Sometimes I can be afraid of the dark. If I am outside and hear noises in the dark. I am not afraid inside the house. I used to enjoy night more because I was left alone and I could read or do whatever I wanted. I think day is my choice now.
2. Do you have night lights in your home? I have night lights all over the house so we can walk through the house in the dark.
3. How low do you set your air conditioning? Do you adjust it through the day? My A/C is typically set at 72 when it is hot. It is at 74 now when it is on. I adjust it all of the time...another reason for the nightlights.
4. Do you keep any outdoor or indoor lights on all night? We have a porch light and yard lights outside. We have our night lights on inside all night. We have a black dog, so she could get stepped on without the lights. We have a light under our bed that helps us see where she is sleeping too.

I know what you mean about having a black pet...our cat is black, and our floors are dark, and I have often stepped on his toes because he suddenly appears when I don't know it and gets between my legs. Yes, we have nightlights everywhere in the house too, the little auto lights that come on when it is dark automatically. I hope you have a "deLIGHTful" day!
ReplyDeleteOh good idea to have night lights when you have a black dog. I never thought of that before since I've never owned a black pet. I think you need more night lights & outdoor lights when you live in a stand alone house.
ReplyDeleteI have automatic night lights in the house and the one at the front door is dusk to dawn. My cats are orange, but I still miss them in the dark. Casper thinks he needs to lead me where he thinks I am going. Fun answers to another fun Tuesday 4.
ReplyDeleteHi Lori! I'm new to your blog (I saw your comment on Mary's post). I thought I would come over and say hello :)
ReplyDeleteI had a black dog too and you really do need some night lights!
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your answers. When I was in high school a friends mom picked me up in their van and their black dog was inside, and scared me when I opened the door because he blended in with the floor
