Hello! Nice to see you back for another Tuesday 4 which was begun by Toni Taddeo and kept up in her memory. It might be nice to talk about our homes and how we like our rooms to be ordered and used. What about the bedroom.. a place of comfort and peace.

1. How do you make up your bedroom and bed... colors? blankets? Quilts? Bedspread? Comforter? Throws? Pillow? what goes into making your bed comfy for you? My bedroom is a bit more hodgepodge than I would like it to be. My comforter is shades of brown and so are the decorations. I have dusty rose curtains though and hints of dusty rose around the room. I have decorative pillows for my bed, but I rarely use them anymore.

2. What is in your dresser? Is it organized or messy? My underwear, socks and pajamas are in my dresser. It is pretty organized.

3. What's in and on your night stand? My nightstand has my alarm clock and some lotion on it. I have a photo album in it of my dogs and one of my Bibles.

4. Do you read in bed or watch TV before going to sleep? Watch tv.

9. Biggest annoyance in your life right now? That we have to combine teach again for

part of the year next year. It is a struggle.

1) Is there a mirror in the room you're in now? I am in my living room...we do not have a mirror in here.

2) In this song, Justin Timberlake tells his lover he just can't wait till they're together. What are you eagerly looking forward to today? I am writing this on Thursday night, but eagerly looking forward to some sleep Saturday morning.

3) Justin Timberlake is known as a sharp dresser who is always on trend. What item have you recently added to your wardrobe? I just bought a new teacher shirt.

4) Justin was an accomplished child performer who appeared on the entertainment competition show Star Search when he was just 11. When Crazy Sam was 11, her only job was loading and unloading the dishwasher, for which she received an allowance from her dad. Did you have chores when you were a kid? I did. I was pretty much in charge of the house cleaning and my laundry and my dad's laundry. I did not get an allowance.

5) He says he tries never to miss breakfast, even on the road, and his favorite is peanut butter banana pancakes. Given the choice, do you prefer pancakes, french toast, or waffles? It would depend on my mood. Right now, french toast would be my choice.

6) When they were still in their teens, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears were sweethearts. Obviously it's been easy for him to keep up with her successes and problems over the years. Do you wonder what one of your exes is up to? not really.

7) In 2013, when this song was popular, Pope Benedict resigned. Thinking of your working life, have you felt greater stress on your first day at a job, or your last? The first day was always stressful for me.

8) Also in 2013, the NHL owners reached an agreement with the players union and avoided a strike. Have you ever belonged to a union? I am part of MSTA (Missouri State Teachers Association) and my husband is in the Laborers union. We have great insurance from my husband.

9) Random question: When was one of the first times when you felt like an adult? Maybe when Josh was born and I was making important decisions.

1) This week's song is about a girl who remembers wise advice she received from her mother. Tell us about someone who advised you years ago and to this day you think, "They were right!" My dad. He always had simple advice, but oh so true. I can still hear him telling me things even though he is gone now.

5) This song was chosen in celebration of Mother's Day. More phone calls are made on Mother's Day than any other day of the year. Who was your last phone call from? my husband Karl

6) Salons see a bump in appointments around Mother's Day every year. Partly because moms want to look good for their day, but also because hair, spa and nail services are a popular Mother's Day gift. When did you most recently go to a salon, and was it for your hair, complexion, or nails? I went in March. I have another appointment as soon as school gets out. It was and will be for hair.

7) Similarly, restaurants experience a spike in reservations on Mother's Day. Where did you last dine out? Was a reservation required? Karl and I had our anniversary this week...May 10th. We ate at Applebee's, no reservation.

8) The most popular Mother's Day gift is still the greeting card. Where do you card shop: drugstore, bookstore, card shop, etc.? drugstore

9) Sam is celebrating Mother's Day with her mother's favorite, Hershey Bars. Would you prefer classic milk chocolate, dark chocolate or chocolate with almonds? I am not picky at all about chocolate.

1. What do you believe the purpose of life is?

I believe ultimately, we are here to bring people to Christ to assure as many people as possible get to heaven.

2. How do you handle stress ? What do you recommend to others who are stressed out?

I pray. I would recommend that to people that are stressed out and even listening to daily inspirational messages. I am currently listening to Walking In Grace on The Bible app. I also do deep breathing.

3. What enjoyable things do you wish you could do more often? How would it improve your life? I would like to go on more vacations. I think they help you relax and give you good memories to think about. It would help you recharge and do a better job at work.

4. Do you believe in God? Why or why not?

I absolutely do. When I first was saved, I would pray and talk to God. I would hear answers from Him. Not audible, but I knew it was from God. It was things that were going to happen and the event would always happen. Lately, (the last two weeks) we have had rain in the forecast every day. If you know my work situation you know recess is necessary for our sanity. It is very loud in our classroom (32 5 year olds). It has only rained one of those days where we missed recess. I pray every single day over the classroom. I have experienced too much to think that God was not real. God helps me as I teach. He shows me great ways to set up my classroom and ways to teach the kids.
