1. Favorite Holiday Of Yours?: Christmas is hands down my favorite. It is like magic for me and I am that person that in July is celebrating Christmas in July and watching Christmas Hallmark movies. Such a great time of the year. You can imagine how I feel when it is over. :(
2. Favorite Holiday Character In A Movie?: George Bailey: It's A Wonderful Life
3. Favorite Holiday Dish Or Dessert To Make?: I like to make the deviled eggs and hot rolls.
4. Favorite Holiday Weather You Wish For?: Ok, so as much as I love snow....I never wish for it on Christmas or Thanksgiving because I know people are trying to get to their loved ones including me. I remember one year it snowed so much we were stuck at home and it was the worst Christmas ever. I guess I remember doing more with family when it was nice out.
I love Christmas as well. I will listen to Christmas carols in July as well. There is such a calming sense of peace for me in the songs and sounds of Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your answers...and since we don't have folks who visit -I am ok with the snow, smiles.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your answers. Have a wonderful holiday.
ReplyDeleteDeviled eggs! I love those! (And now I want some.)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I love Christmas. Between the Hallmark channel, Hallmark M&M and Lifetime I have watched about 16 movies so far. Lot's of taping on different days with my DVR. I'm with you on George Bailey.
ReplyDeleteI actually like Thanksgiving a little bit better than Christmas, but I do love mushy Hallmark movies and I've already seen It's a Wonderful Life! I watched it last week with the dementia residents. Oh, and feel free to bring the deviled eggs to any gathering I'm at. I love them, but have yet to find a recipe I like to make them myself.
ReplyDeleteYum! I love deviled eggs too! Planning to do a plate of them for Thanksgiving. I could eat them for breakfast every day! Fun questions and I enjoyed your answers!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I have ever watched Its a Wonderful Life. Have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteHi, I'm visiting from the Tuesday 4. I'm not participating this week, but I am enjoying visiting those who are. I'm a George bailey gal too. Such a great film!! Yes, traveling in slick, snowy roads is no fun. It's kind of a bummer that the major family holidays are during the winter.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Patti @ this beautiful life
OH, my wishes are much more selfish than your's at Christmas I just want everyone to get snowed in together and let the party go on and on!!!
