Sunday Stealing- Love Me Some Surveys

1. If you could build a second house anywhere, where would it be?  I would love to live on the lake...the view is amazing!  It would not work with my huband's job though.  Too far away from his work.  I am not sure I would want to leave Missouri though.  If I did not have to worry about my mom, I wouldn't be against moving away.

What are your favorite articles of clothing?  sweats, t-shirts and tennis shoes or pajamas.

The last CD you bought or downloaded?  The husband bought it for me last year because I wore out my other CD.  Hahahaha

What time do you generally wake up in the morning? 5:15AM

What is your favorite kitchen appliance? was my Granie's.

If you could play an instrument, what would it be?  piano

What is your Favorite color? I love them all

Do you believe in the afterlife?  I believe in everlasting life

Your Favorite children’s book?  There are so many...I think I said Goodnight Moon last time we had this question...I also love Corduroy.

Can you juggle? no

What’s your favorite day of the week? Friday

Which do you prefer, sushi or hamburger? hamburger

What is your favorite flower?  all of them

What is your favorite meal?  Mexican...burrito enchilada style and tortillas and salsa.

Describe your ideal weather? sunny and 70's, but I love the hot weather too when I want to try to get a suntan.

What is your favorite Ice Cream? vanilla

What is your favorite breakfast?  eggs, toast, bacon and orange juice

Where did you meet your spouse or significant other? church

something you’d like to do that you’ve never done before?  Travel somewhere I have never been.  I love to travel, but we never get to.

  1. You’ll get to travel someday. Just save as much as you can for future travel, and take little trips around your area. I understand about moving away from your family. It’s difficult to do that. Enjoy your Sunday. 🙋🏻‍♀️

  2. I feel the same about moving away. When I retire, after my parents pass, eventually...

  3. I understand about moving. With my mother almost 100, there is no way I would move---or even vacation--far away.

We have the same favorite clothes (sitting here in my pjs right now!)

  4. Location of family members would keep me right here, too, even if I had the chance to move to Chincoteague. Duty was something really drilled into me.
I think it's so cool that you met your husband at church!
I want to travel, too. I hope it happens some day.

  5. Lori, we really had quite a few similar answers this week! I enjoyed your post!! Have a good week ahead!

  6. Happy Sunday dear Lori. You and I have many of the same answers :) I Used to play some piano by ear when I was very young. Wish I could play now. Have a blessed day my friend.

  7. Your answer to the last question brings up my biggest vacation conundrum. If I go somewhere new on vacation, then I can't return to a place I've been and loved. I guess I just need to win the lottery so I can go EVERYWHERE all the time!

  8. I'd love to travel more myself. I'm hoping now that hubby is weeks away from being done with school and beginning his teaching career we'll have the $ to vacation more...

  9. Hi Lori! This is Shannon from Moments of Introspection. I was born and raised in Annapolis, Missouri (about an hour-ish south of St. Louis.) Nice to meet a fellow Missourian!

    1. That is cool. I am in Southwest Missouri....between Springfield and Branson. :) We are heading to St. Louis on the 20th to see the Cardinals.
