Josh and I went to the library and he picked out a new book to read. Then we went to the university to the library there and dropped off the puppets and book I used for my lesson. On the way home we stopped at Sonic and we got some vanilla ice-cream, I LOVE their ice-cream and I have been wanting a dish of vanilla for a long time. When we came home I did my lesson plan and typed it, e-mailed my lesson plan from Thursday to my teacher and some pictures of my student that are due Tuesday. Then I also started working on my 5-10 page paper. It is not going to be hard at all. I stopped because there was a movie on last night. We watched The Jenson Project on NBC, it was really good. I enjoyed it.Today I plan on trying to finish my paper or at least get it almost finished. Then all I will need to do for my class is put together the portfolio. I have most of it done already because it will be things we have been working on all semester.
It was a great day yesterday!! I am so glad, because it was not good Thursday. ;) Have a nice weekend!!

ReplyDeleteYour the second person I have seen post about Sonic, making me think I need to do a food run. The closest one to me is about 20 minutes away...but this just might be the weekend to head to PA to get me some. :)

Hi Lori, I'm glad you had a great day yesterday. That's all you had was plain vanilla ice-cream? wow you're easy to please. I heard that 31 Flavors is getting rid of my favorite French Vanilla ice-cream. But we never go there anymore anyway we get ice-cream at the store, but I love Sonic's ice cream freezes in lime and the lime slushies also.

Hi Lori!! Glad your Saturday was so much better than Friday!! ((hugs)) You mentioned Sonic and I have to tell you that our granddaughter Megan just started a few weeks ago at a new Sonic that just had their official opening last Friday..she is not a car hop (seeing she can't roller skate that is probably good!!) LOL She works the "switchboard" taking the orders...she seems to really like it. I agree with Kat that mentioned the Limeaid ice cream freezes..I love the one with pineapple added..oh my it is yummy!!
