I ended up getting 3 inches cut off my hair, she cut 2 and it was still too long. I really like it, it should be a lot cooler now. It looks really healthy. I had a layer put in the back too for volume and the sides of my hair are layered (angled). I will get a picture, but you really do not know how long it was. There is a picture on facebook of me on the last day of school with one of my students, you can tell how long my hair was.
Today I take Molly to the vet to start her puppy shots. They are a series of 3 and the last series is her rabies shot too. She is doing good. I need to take a new picture of her. She has one ear up and one ear down.
Mandy and Molly's mom (Bonnie) and Grandma (Katie-the corgis...are in town for a visit. They are over at Karl's mom and dad's house. The breeders are missionaries to the rodeo and breed corgis and blue heelers to help them with their expenses. The rodeo family like those breeds for herding their cows and horses. My dogs are spoiled, but Mandy is a natural herder. She has been keeping Molly in check. We will take the dogs over later for a visit. Mandy looks just like her mom and Grandma, but Molly looks more like her dad right now, she has more Blue Heeler markings.
That will be our day here. I hope you have a nice one.
I'll have to check out the "do" on FB! I love getting my hair cut (although I only do it about 2 times a year). I always feel 10 lbs lighter because my hair is thick and heavy.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day, Lori xo
Hi Lori
ReplyDeleteIt was so good to see that you visited my blog. I really like your blog design. It makes me think of how much I love the beach and hearing the sound of the ocean.
Your new puppy is really cute.
I just got my hair cut this week too and it is really short now. My granddaughter Bethany is a beautician so I go where she works and I really like for her to fix my hair. It had got lots longer than I usually wear mine. My husband likes mine short so I decided to go back to it being short again, at least for the summer.
So glad you visited.
Nina
