I laid out in the sun for a while yesterday, but it was so hot, I just stayed out for about an hour. I was able to give Molly her bath, so that is done for a while.Josh went to his cousin's birthday party. They went to a paint ball place. He said he had a good time. I understand they played paintball, had birthday cake, then ate lunch. They went out of town, so he didn't get home until around 6PM or so and left at 8AM.
Today we are going to church. I think we are going to try to put up our pool up. I told Karl in May it was going to be a hot summer. He didn't listen.
I also need to call my dad and wish him a Happy Father's Day. I will get to see my dad tomorrow. Have a great day!!

ReplyDeleteI went to the pool to try and get some sun the other day and ended up with the lawn chair underneath the kids fountain with water running over me. It was over a hundred degrees heat index and I was out in it lol for 45 min, I couldn't have done it without the water on me constantly. I got some great sun LOL I'm a kid at heart when it comes to going to the pool. We are on our way out of town so I've got to get going :)

Happy Sunday Lori & happy Father's Day to your hubby. It's hot and muggy here too. I think I made a mistake in not having my son set up my a/c last month. I think it's going to be a real hot summer myself. I've had my ceiling and window fans going all day yesterday and today. So far, so good. LOL! Have a blessed evening my friend. Hugs :)
