Wednesday Medley- NATIONAL CROISSANT DAY

http://tdorsaneo.blogspot.com/

1.  Well, I do love croissants when they are fresh, but day-old croissants need to be turned into a donut.  I happen to really like the croissants that have a donut-like glaze on them!  Sugar overload but so good.  So... do you like croissants?  What is your favorite way to eat them?  I love croissants, they are good as the bread of a sandwich with ham and cheese...or I love them with cinnamon also.
2.  Speaking of food... How do you handle stress?  I think as I age I stress eat, but I haven't always done this.  I also pray when I have stress too.
3.  Out of the negative emotions of greed, anger, jealousy, and hate, which one would you say affects you the most?  It depends on the day, but maybe jealousy.  I try to not let myself get caught up in these types of emotions.  It is hard sometimes though.
4.  Out of the positive emotions of compassion, positivity, enthusiasm, and initiative, which one is your biggest strength?  It also depends on the day, but I will say enthusiasm.  These are the types of emotions I think I try to display.
5.  What do you get every time you go grocery shopping, other than the staples such as bread, milk, butter, flour, sugar...  Pepsi...some drink coffee for caffeine, I drink Pepsi.
6.  Please tell us something random about your week so far.  My jury duty was cancelled on Monday!  I was so happy.  Maybe I can go when it is not so cold.  In was glad I did not have to miss work.  We get a snow day today too!  It is too cold and there is a little snow on the ground also causing problems on the road.  Yay!

  4. I received a lovely letter from my county summoning me to jury duty on the 25th. Here's hoping there isn't anything on the docket that week! : )
    Enjoy your snow day!!!

  5. Glad you're getting a snow day. That's usually a nice surprise. :-) I was on jury duty last summer but was never called. BTW, my husband was being sarcastic about the humility trait. He can be such a pill. :-D Have a wonderful day!

  6. Good for you for not having to go to jury duty! By the way, I would love to respond to your lovely comments on my blog but because you are a noreply blogger, I do not have an email link for you. Do you mind sharing it with me?

  7. Cancelled jury duty is always nice!

We got about 6 or 7 inches of snow last night and there is a cold front coming in tonight, I think. It's been a very unusual winter here so far. Well below zero one week, then in the 40s the next. Lots of snow but also lots of rain and even flooding. Keeps life interesting.

  8. So many of my blog friends are experiencing very cold weather. Thankful to say life on the bay keeps the extreme cold away. Hope you enjoy your snow days and keep warm and cozy!

  11. It is kind of a relief not to have to serve, but the one time I did serve for a week was very interesting.

  12. Hi, Lori! I am so glad to be away from the cold. It got up to 50 degrees today, but my mom told me that her patio door is frozen shut in Nebraska. I hope you kept warm today. Have a wonderful second half of the week. <3

  15. Thanks for joining the Medley today!! I enjoyed your answers! Glad you didn't have jury duty and that you got a snow day - but I don't envy you the snow! It is chilly here (cold for us) but we don't have anything to shovel!

  16. Getting out of jury duty is always a win. I have been called probably 5 times and I served once. It was a 3 day affair! Thanks for visiting my blog, as always.
